About the Stormwater Credit Think Tank (SCTT)
The Stormwater Credit Think Tank (SCTT) was formed to have a forum for discussing stormwater credits and stormwater credit programs, identify implementation opportunities, issues, and needs; begin educating interested parties about stormwater credit principles and practices; and develop a specific strategy to help build our collective capacity to advance these methods in California. The SCTT is made up of volunteers from municipal stormwater agencies, State Water Resources Control Board and Regional Water Quality Control Boards (State Board and Regional Boards, collectively Water Boards), consulting firms, and non-governmental organizations. The SCTT is lead by founders Daniel Apt, Olaunu; David Smith, Water Innovation Services; and Chris Crompton, Michael Baker International.
